My second Mucros tweed waistcoast this year. This one arrived within five days of being ordered. Both have high quality; the fit is perfect, and the workmanship is solid. I'm over 6', and weigh 192 lbs. ordered the XL that corresponds with my 48" chest. Took is out of the shipping container and put it right on. Didn't have to adjust the belt. I had the same experience with the first one I ordered. I now have three waistcoats, I use my red one for holiday attire. This tweed will join the other one for both casual and social events. Along with the matching hat makes this senior citizen look dapper.

This vest arrived quickly. My husband needed something that could quickly dress him up and keep him warm while working from him home office. This is a handsome vest. good quality and versatile. Not too heavy.

If cost per wear is a deciding factor when buying clothes, this one is already in safe territory. Since this piece came, I have been wearing the out of it. It looks great, it pairs with an incredible array of my wardrobe, IT'S WELL MADE and feels like it should last for decades or more. And let us not forget that wool tweed is a sports fabric of old, and it does perform. Keeps your core warm when it's cold, breathes well and keeps you cool when indoors. This does all those things, and still gives you a place to put a pocket watch.

I received my Irish Tweed Herringbone Waistcoat - Grey today and it is superb. The fit is excellent, and the wool material and workmanship couldn't be better. Can be worn for both casual and business occasions.

This waistcoat is a beautiful light navy/medium blue. It is a unique shade and I was happy it learned dark and not the teal blue it skewed in some product photos. The quality is superb and the shipping was incredibly fast to the USA. I ordered a month early for my event and it came within a week! My boyfriend is 6 feet tall, medium build and slim through the waist. He wears a size large in button down shirts for reference. The medium waistcoat fit well in length and could be cinched in the back to fit his torso. A large would have been too big I think. I would 100% buy another product from this website after this experience!

I’ve looking and buying and sending back vests or waistcoats for several weeks and could not find one that fit as a vest should. Well, This item blew the rest completely away. Top notch. Very stylish and be formal or casual. A true winner.

Really high quality waistcoat from Mucros. Nice that the back of garment is also tweed and not satin/viscose like most waistcoats. Very substantial and a great smart/casual choice. I chose ‘L’ and am 6”3” and have a 44” chest….’L’ Fits well.

It arrived on Friday and looks beautiful. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it fits my husband and that he likes it!

I saw no reference of a vest on this site as I was looking for 3 for my upcoming wedding. It turns out there is a big difference between a vest and a waistcoat.
2 of the 3 waistcoats I ordered were the same blue and the one I wore was this charcoal herringbone. All are of the very highest material and quality. You can tell immediately that the material is nothing like the crappy vests I have always worn for formal occasions. The stitching and construction are beautifully well done and the fit was very accurate to the sizing chart.

I highly recommend this waistcoat as a terrific addition to any wardrobe.

All good! Came from Ireland to the USA in about 5 days... the shirt I ordered the same day from the USA is not here yet... Fit is PERFECT and apparently a medium is actually a medium :-) Color is shown in the BLUEST photos, not the more grey hue... A bit of surprise, but happy. Quality is exactly what you are expecting. Will be finding one in a loden soon.......!!

Very, very happy with my purchase. The turnaround time to the US was fantastic, and the vest is beautiful. I probably could have gotten away with the small instead of the medium (I need to get to a gym), but that is on me. I will definitely be shopping here again!
