This is exactly what I was looking for. And Mucross is first class. I have a waistcoat I got from them in Ireland more than 20 years ago. I still get compliments on it. I’m sure the same with this cap.

It’s comfortable, fits nicely, and feels great. Inner lining is pleasantly soft with nice brim support so it does not hurt my forehead to wear for a long time.

Firstly, the overall process of purchasing from Weavers of Ireland was very easy and professionally managed.
The DHL delivery was exceptional. I placed my order on 21 December and the cap was delivered to the Sunshine Coast of Australia on 28 December with the Christmas & Boxing Day holidays in the middle of the journey.
The cap itself is Quality Plus. Absolutely beautifully crafted from the best materials resulting in a brilliant looking cap that fits so comfortably. To that point, the size guide was spot-on and the short elastic bands on the sides of the cap provide a little ‘wiggle-room’ resulting in a very nice fit.

Excellent quality as expected from Mucros Weavers. The color is a classy dark green and the fit is perfect. This cap has elastic stretch on both sides so it's nice and snug. This feature will also keep the cap from loosening up over time, so the fit will remain as is. I've already gotten several compliments and one was from a stranger at the market. I'm so pleased, that I ordered a Charcoal Blue version of the same cap. "Hats off" to Mucros Weavers!

Suggestions to get the hat to fit tighter so I don't lose it to a windy day ?

I bought the Charcoal Herringbone cap and haven’t quit wearing it. I love it so much I decided to get the Brown with Red so I have most of my outfits covered between the two colors.
