The body warmer is extremely well made, stylish, and very warm. Works very well with a sweater (as shown) but I normally wear with a button down shirt as a stylish urban work wear in the office (my office tends to run cold so having that layer certainly helps.) As we head towards winter I see wearing it as a layer under a warm winter coat for an added layer of warmth as I wait on the cold morning New York train platform to get to work. I am 6'1, 208lbs and a size 44 fits me fine. Really love the leather pocket/collar accents which really sets it apart from other vests that I own. Well worth the money!
