Extended 3-Month Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 3 months of purchase, provided the item is unworn and all original tags are attached.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

How to Return Your Package

Use our portal to purchase a return label for an exchange or refund: Weavers of Ireland Returns & Refund Portal

We ship exchanges within 24 hours of processing your return. If there is a delay (e.g., item temporarily unavailable), we will notify you.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your return being handled. You will receive an automated confirmation email when the refund is initiated. Refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days (timelines may vary by card provider/bank).

What to Include in Your Return

This information must be included in your package to ensure a smooth return:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for exchange/refund
  • The item you would like to receive as part of the exchange (if applicable)
  • Your full postal address
  • Your telephone number

After you purchase your label via our returns portal, printable return documents will be emailed to you. The label and documents include all instructions and required customs information to avoid delays and extra fees.

Please note: Returns are usually processed within 7 business days of arrival at our returns centre. Processing may take longer during peak times.


Using Your Own Courier

If you choose to use your own courier, additional charges may apply, and the returning package remains your responsibility until received by our warehouse. We strongly recommend you retain full proof of posting in case of a dispute with your courier.

Items Not in Perfect Condition

In the unlikely event your product does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately to arrange a return for a replacement. Damage/fault claims must be submitted within 2–3 days of receipt. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
