I am beyond impressed with the customer service. I sent a message with questions I had and when I say I received an immediate response I literally mean minutes. The cap is for my husband as we had to cancel our Ireland trip and we were going to buy a cap as a souvenir. We hope to be able to visit soon. The cap is a Christmas present so he hasn’t received it yet but it is truly beautiful and I know he will love it. It will be a nice change from the ball caps he usually wears.

Was impressed with the quality of the weave and the structure of the hat only wish is that they were offered in the cm sizes. I could use a 59cm straight up. I just placed an order for 4 for hats which says a lot for the Murcos hats. will be back.
