I visited Ireland several years ago and visited Mucros Weavers at Muckross House. I bought a waxed Fedora and have loved that hat. It's still in great shape. I recently discovered I like newsboy and flat caps, and when I saw an ad for Mucros Weavers I had to see their website. Saw the Trinity Flat Cap - Patchwork Original and bought it without hesitation. I recently spent much more on another brand hat. The shipping was amazingly fast considering it had to travel from Ireland to the US, and arrived in about 4 days.
I couldn't be happier with the hat. Now, that annoying "Need Help?" pop-up on the web site made it impossible for me to write this review with my tablet and had to sit down at the computer instead. But I won't knock the hat for that...but thought it was worth mentioning. Give the reader the ability to say "No thanks" and get rid of the popup. I couldn't fill out the page nor verify that "I'm not a robot" because of that!
