Donegal Ladies Waterproof Full Length Coat - Navy

I received my order of raincoat and matching hat in superfast record time. I ordered the medium for US size 10. At first I thought too big, but no. It is just roomy enough to fit a bulky sweater if needed or light jacket. My hips measure 40.5 inches and but 38.5 inches. this size is right for me. Sleeves are long but when cinched with the velcro straps, are fine, or can be cuffed as in the model pics. The navy is dark muted and very versatile color. I don't prefer camels and beiges but grays and the like for lining, but it's ok. Very detailed and well made coat. I hope the waterproofing lasts a long time and won't crack. This is like no other styles around here and I will proudly wear it. A different fashion statement. Will be great walking my dog in bad weather which is good weather for me. Need some stormy weather now, haha. It will come here in New Jersey USA . My matching hat will make the outfit, except I will wear the wide part of the brim to the front, as the hat has a narrow side on brim on one side and supposed to be worn on the side. Not me. Will wear narrow side at back of neck. Overall, I love my purchases. Hope I get to wear them often. Thanks for speedy delivery. I think there was a discount but I forgot to use it. I wanted a good raincoat for walking our greyhound around the long country block on the windy prairie of Illinois. This coat is perfect for rain, wind and when you want a longer coat to cover you in the cool weather. I love not having to take an umbrella along on long walks with the dog. The Velcro cuffs make it so easy to fit the sleeves just how you need them. I use the hood, and like that it can tie and hold the hood close to my head. It’s generous sizing allows me to move freely and even wear a heavier sweater if it’s colder outside. The lining is perfect for spring wear, and the pockets, inside and out, are very useful. I feel protected from the elements, and like that it has both snaps and a zipper. I went by the sizing on the charts from the website, and perhaps I would have ordered down one size compared to the sizes shown, but it will work great for layering and because I have quite long arms, the extra length is so nice to have. I would buy this again and recommend it to others.

First of all, I can hardly believe how quickly the coat got to me. Really impressive.
I just received the coat today and it's bright and sunny outside, but I did try it on and it's perfect to wear over other clothes. I'm almost wishing for a rainy day so I can wear it.

Keeps me completely warm and dry in northern New England messy intermediate seasons--wet snow, rain, mixes--between 25-50 F degrees. Fully covers the legs--and no dripping onto butt or thighs as happens with parka-length raincoats. It's just perfect! I got it in the purplish shade, and with the hood up, I look Gothic scary! (Black would be even better for the Gothic look.) Fun and so practical. And I bunched it into a tight ball for overhead storage in a plane--it didn't mind at all--completely unwrinkled.

I can’t wait to try it out - we went camping a few months ago and it rained nonstop for 4 days - this jacket would have been a godsend.

I needed this for traveling to the Pacific Northwest USA, for work. It is going to be warm, comfortable, attractive. I heartily recommend this coat.
