Just five days after placing an order, I contacted customer service to ask if they would honour a better discount I'd received from them in an unsolicited promotional email (I hadn’t opted into these emails). The company refused to offer a credit or refund for the difference. It’s disappointing that a company whose products I valued enough to buy from would prioritize keeping a marginal amount over building customer goodwill. That decision has made me think twice about buying from them again.
